A deep and concentrated aroma. The Castelão variety, at its best, with notes of dark fruits, jam and spices. Complex in the mouth, with slight nuances of tobacco and chocolate from 18 months spent in French oak barrels. A full-bodied wine, with notable tannins and an elegant finish.
